 国家级科研项目：（1）独立获得中国社会科学院青年基金“七五”资助科研课题项目（1.5万元）。出版学术专著《社会主义市场经济体制中国家计划指导新论》（1993年）。此书受到中国著名经济学家卫兴华、钟契夫、陈吉元、袁文平、张伟达等人的好评。（2）独立获得国家教委社会青年基金“七五”资助科研课题项目（0.8万元），根据国家教委建议，形成为内部参考著作，上报国家教委。（3）独立获得国家教委社科基金“八五”资助科研课题项目(1.2万元)，《国民经济运行中的均衡与非均衡》，后因离开吉大，未能完成，交由于光中教授代而完成。（4）参加张伟达教授国家教委博士点基金“七五”研究课题（其中撰写10万字），出版学术著作《社会主义市场经济导论》。（5）参加关梦觉、潘石教授国家教委博士点基金“七五”项目（其中撰写2万字），出版学术著作《当代中国私营经济研究》（1991年）。（6）参加国家教委“七五”社科重点项目研究，撰写《中西方宏观调控比较》（1万字），卫兴华主编《回顾、探索、选择》（1991）。（7）参加国家教委高校“七五”社科重点项目研究，卫兴华主编《治理整顿与深化改革》，撰写《对指导性计划的考察》（1万字，1991年）。（8）参加国家教委“八五”社科重点项目研究，卫兴华主编《全民所有制企业的活力与发展》，撰写《指导性计划运行模式构》（1万字左右1992年）。（9）参加国家教委高校“八五”社科基金项目研究，卫兴华主编社会主义市场理论与实践丛书，撰写《社会主义市场经济中计划指导新论》2万字（1994）。Achievements Of National Social Scientific Reseach ProjectsIndependently obtained one of research projects from the Academy of China Social Sciences, in 1991, which was financial banked 15,000 RMB, and published an academic work  in 1993.Independently obtained one of research projects from the Education Department of China in 1992, that was financial backed 8,000 RBM ,and finished on a work  in 1993,handed on the Education Department of China.Independently obtained one of research projects from the Education Department of China  in 1993, which was financial backed 12,000 RMB .Participate in Professor Zhang Wei Da’s National Social Scientific Reseach Project, wrote 100,000 words on it and published in 1993.Participate in Mr. Guan Meng Jue’s national research Project  wrote 23,000 words ,published in 1992.Participate in Top of series Social Scientific Reseach Projects from the Education Department of China in 1991, published a thesis (10,000 words).Participate in Top of series Social Scientific Reseach Projects from the Education Department of China in 1991, Published a thesis (10,000 words).Participate in Top of series Social Scientific Reseach Projects from the Education Department of China in 1992, Published (10,000 words).Participate in Top of series Social Scientific Reseach Projects from the Education Department of China in 1994, Published (20,000 words).
